IN HOME FIRST CONSULTATION:

• A meeting to evaluate your individual needs. No additional charge if partner attends. You will be meeting with one of our Doula’s to evaluate your needs.

• We come to you! You can have this first appointment in your own home. In office appointments are available as well.

• We will match you with a doula if that is something you desire and create a plan to move forward.

• Ask questions! We probably have access to may answers.

• We will provide a detailed follow up plan for you based on your expressed desires.

• All information provided can be used to support you on your journey or to continue on with us!

RETURNING CLIENT:

• This is for returning clients ONLY for additional check ups, follow up appointments, and check ins.

• Available in home, in office, or over the phone.

• We will provide follow up notes and an updated care plan if desired.

ASSISTED HOSPITAL VISIT:

• For those who want support for an appointment with an OBGYN or Midwife.

• We come to you!

• A plan for the visit can be created ahead of time to help you make the best educated decisions for you, with your desires and needs in mind.

• With your permission, there is a possibility a doula in training may attend for observational purposes.

SUPPORTED PERSONALIZED BIRTH:

• We are on call the week before, after, and during your due date.

• A personalized birth plan is included (if not already created).

• Support for you and your birthing experience.

• Advocacy provided in the hospital and at home to support you and your baby.

• Three meals provided for during the week before, during or following (your preference). This could be a day of meals or spread out, all personalized to your diet.

POST PARTUM FOOD ASSIST FOR 1 WEEK:

• Your needs will be evaluated, how much help you receive would be up to you.

• Sliding scale pricing is available, as well as price adjustments for additional care as needed.

• Amazing homemade meals by our Colombian-Guatamalan chef, hand delivered and made with love.

POST PARTUM CARE ONE CALL 1 WEEK:

• You're doula (their backup, or multiple doulas) always available to you for support to whatever capacity is needed.

• Cleaning, infant care, in home cooked meals, and massage are all available when needed.

• It begins at one hour of paid care a day, with additional sliding scale prices available if more care is needed in your situation.

  PROFETIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY:

• We have packages that include birth, family shots, and personalized empowered shots. Our photographer is up for hire for events as well.

• All photos are taken on a mirrorless Sony a7iii camera.

• You will receive all of your photos within a week of the session.
