Over ten weeks, we’ll explore personal growth, foster deep connections, and honor the balance of masculine and feminine energies in a co-ed circle. Ending with a group weekend backpacking trip…are you in for an adventure?

10 Weeks Together

Are you ready to transform? To build lasting connections with community, develop lasting habits, explore new ways to support yourself, and learn about your own psychology?

Join us for ten weeks in Reno, NV - dive inward to ignite the inner fire, burn away old patterns, heal old wounds, and cast the light outward into the world. If you are looking for connection to others, inspiration in your life, wholesome tools and habits to build, and new material and perspectives to consider, we welcome you with great excitement. This co-ed circle welcomes both the masculine and feminine, and together we will dive into a container that honors and holds both energies. Cultivate new habits and develop daily practices that become lifelong tools for balance. Each week, you'll explore guided practices thoughtfully designed to align with the themes we focus on.

  • Set your foundation for the journey ahead with clear goals and a supportive community.

    Receive a special care package made just for you, nurture your inner world, and start the journey of learning new practices to use for the rest of your life.

  • Connect with the collective energy as we come together and delve into the harmony of masculine and feminine energies. This week lays the foundation for growth, reflection, and transformation throughout our journey.

  • Immerse yourself in the practice of judgment-free self-awareness and communication. Through reflective exercises and meaningful discussions, explore what it means to "hold space" for yourself and others. Together, we’ll examine the role of vulnerability in connection and how early experiences shape our ability to be present.

  • Dive into the ways fear shapes our lives and confront the feelings of inadequacy it often brings. This week challenges you to face your fears head-on, using symbolic and physical exercises to build resilience and inner strength. Experience an Ice Plunge, community support, and facing fears.

  • This week dives into the transformative power of anger as a tool for growth. By understanding the roots of anger—often tied to unmet expectations or feelings of disconnection—you’ll learn how to process it effectively, evolving through guilt and shame to find deeper connection and clarity. Transform anger into a source of clarity and empowerment.

  • This week we focus on understanding and integrating trauma to better understand yourself. We will turn our attention to the ways past experiences shape our present reality. By understanding and integrating trauma, we cultivate deeper self-awareness, compassion, and resilience.

  • By honoring our grief with ritual, we engage in a process of reconciliation—finding peace in the midst of pain and allowing ourselves to heal through the sacred acts of letting go and making meaning of our loss. This week is about embracing grief as a necessary step in our journey, knowing that through this process, we emerge with deeper compassion, clarity, and connection to ourselves and others.

  • Reframe self-doubt and embrace your innate worthiness. This week is about reclaiming our right to be whole and worthy, and experiencing the profound shift that comes from stepping into our authentic selves. As we connect with others and continue to engage in the daily practices, we will witness the power of collective support in fostering personal growth and healing.

  • This week, we focus on reigniting the passions and purpose that fuel us, rediscovering the inner fire that may have dimmed along the way. Together, we will explore the depths of our personal drive, uncovering what truly sparks joy and inspiration within us. By stoking this inner flame, we reconnect with the parts of ourselves that are often overshadowed by external expectations or past wounds, allowing our unique strengths and desires to rise to the surface.

  • Depart on our final journey together into the wild High Sierra Mountains. All the united energy we have cultivated over the past ten weeks comes to its zenith during this trip, with a special surprise in store for our final week together.

  • This journal was created with you in mind—don’t hesitate to make it truly yours! Each week aligns with the topics we’ll explore in our circle, providing a space to document your commitments, goals, and daily practices.

    Each week you will get to choose prompts to respond to, but there is more material included for you to return to later, reflect on over time, and room for expanding in each week as much as you feel called to. All the material covered each week is also included in each new chapter.

    At the back of the journal, you’ll find prompts and exercises designed to help you integrate everything you’ve learned after the circle ends. These tools are here to support you well beyond our ten weeks together, helping you sustain the habits and practices we build along the way.

    How much you choose to dive in is completely up to you, what you put into it is what you will receive from it. The invitation is to make the decision to cultivate dedication, devotion, and determination towards building habits that you can continue to cultivate forever.

  • These pre-recorded meditations are designed to support and deepen your experience each week, guiding you through themes that align with our journey. Over the course of the program, you’ll have the opportunity to build a meaningful connection with seven thoughtfully crafted meditations, each offering a unique pathway to inner stillness, clarity, and transformation.

    Whether you’re grounding, releasing, or calling in new energy, these meditations will be a steady companion - helping you cultivate presence, self-awareness, and a deeper connection to yourself. Let them be an anchor as you move through this process, returning to them whenever you need guidance, reflection, or a moment of peace.

  • These five pre-recorded yoga sessions are designed to support you throughout the program, offering a blend of movement, breath, and intention to align with each week’s focus. Thoughtfully crafted to meet you where you are, these flows will help you cultivate strength, flexibility, and a deeper connection between mind and body.

    Each session invites you to explore movement as a tool for transformation - whether through grounding, heart-opening, or restorative postures. Return to these flows as often as you need, using them to build consistency, release tension, and create space for growth both on and off the mat.

  • Throughout this journey, you’ll be guided through six distinct Pranayama (breath control) practices, each designed to awaken energy, bring balance, and deepen your connection to the present moment. These ancient techniques serve as powerful tools to regulate the nervous system, increase vitality, and clear stagnant energy.

    Each practice aligns with the themes of our program, offering you a way to calm, energize, or center yourself as needed. Whether you’re looking to cultivate focus, release tension, or expand your inner fire, these breathwork techniques will become a lifelong resource for balance and transformation.

Meet the Facilitators

  • Fia Ferri

    Co-Facilitator

    A Certified Full Spectrum Doula (BADT C-FSD), Ferri completed her Birthing Advocacy Doula Training in 2023 after two years of dedicated study. She is also a Yoga Teacher, having completed her program in the serene setting of Lake Atitlán, Guatemala. Currently based in Reno, NV, Fia offers a range of services, including birthing support, educational workshops, support groups, and yoga sessions. Her deep passion for Doulaship is evident in every service she offers.

  • Levi Hutchason

    Co-Facilitator

    Internationally trained translator and sports psychology assistant with a strong history of guiding teams and organizations to success, Levi Hutchison holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Skilled in team building and professional communication, he is passionate about movement, performance, and unlocking human potential. As an outdoor enthusiast specializing in sports and kinesthetic movement, he is committed to fostering growth, resilience, and peak performance.

  • Katie Clements

    Co-Facilitator

    Dedicated Master's student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a Bachelor's in Psychology and two years of experience leading and co-creating trauma-based studies. She is passionate about fostering personal growth, resilience, and positive change in individuals. Committed to integrating physical and mental wellness into her practices, she emphasizes the importance of holistic well-being. Experienced in trauma-informed care, mindfulness practices, and somatic healing techniques, Clements strives to create safe and transformative spaces for self-discovery and empowerment.
