Led by Doula Fia Ferri (C-FSD), this series offers a comprehensive exploration of the hormonal cycle of the womb-bearing body. Each session begins with an informative overview of the phase's physiological and hormonal dynamics, followed by a thoughtfully designed yoga practice tailored to support and harmonize with the unique needs of that phase.

Week 1: Yoga for the Follicular Phase

Harness the energy of renewal! This class focuses on the follicular phase, where estrogen levels begin to rise, and you may feel more energetic and creative. Learn how to support your body, yoga poses that enhance vitality, foods to boost energy, and holistic tips for hormonal balance. Each attendee will leave with an informational packet going over all information covered in the class. 

Week 2: Yoga for the Ovulatory Phase

Shine your brightest! This class focuses on the ovulatory phase, when estrogen, LH, and testosterone peak, giving you heightened energy, confidence, and sociability. Discover yoga poses that align with this vibrant phase to amplify focus and balance. We'll delve into foods that promote optimal ovulation, enhance hormonal health, and support detoxification. Learn how basal body temperature (BBT) tracking can offer insights into ovulation and fertility. Each attendee will leave with an informational packet detailing all the topics covered in class, empowering you to embrace the full potential of this phase.

Week 3: Yoga for the Luteal Phase


Cultivate balance and introspection during the luteal phase, when progesterone levels rise, encouraging a sense of calm and grounding. This class focuses on yoga poses that relieve tension, reduce stress, and enhance circulation, helping you navigate this phase with ease. We’ll explore dietary suggestions to alleviate common PMS symptoms, support hormonal equilibrium, and boost mood. Additionally, learn how BBT tracking reveals the body's subtle changes in this phase and how it can guide your self-care practices. Attendees will receive an informational packet summarizing all topics discussed to help integrate these insights into daily life.

Week 4: Yoga for the Menstrual Phase


Restore and reflect during the menstrual phase, a time of natural detoxification and renewal. This session is designed to prioritize rest and rejuvenation, offering yoga poses that alleviate cramps, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. Discover nourishing foods that support your body during menstruation and learn how BBT tracking can deepen your understanding of this phase’s rhythms. Each attendee will leave with an informational packet that covers the class’s key concepts, empowering you to embrace this phase with grace and self-awareness.
